You’re coming back – not as a hero, not with an army behind you. Just one person trying to create a sense of what happened and maybe do something about it. The villages require supplies, protection, and someone willing to push back against the factions that moved in when everyone else fled.

 The world is open from the outset. Wander through dense forests, abandoned farmland, and mountain passes that lead to places the maps don’t demonstrate anymore. Some areas are crawling with enemies. Others hide survivors who’ve been waiting for anyone brave or stupid enough to show up.

Take back outposts one by one. Scavenge what you can and craft what you require. Hunt wildlife for resources, but watch your back – you’re not the only predator out here. Every camp you liberate, every village you assist, chips away at enemy control and opens up new paths forward.
